The Hamilton Grand will have the appearance, atmosphere and services of a boutique hotel, that will bring a new dynamic to the downtown core. The Grand will have the same impact on downtown Hamilton as the Candy Factory Lofts (also developed by Harry Stinson) had on Queen Street West in downtown Toronto, now the location of Toronto's most popular and dynamic boutique hotels (the Drake and the Gladstone).
